Original shipping costs and any local duties or taxes paid outside of Australia are non-refundable.

For any Buy One Get One Free promotion, both items must be returned together in original condition to qualify for a refund. If the free item is not returned, 70% of the full retail value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount.
