OUR SWISS PRODUCTION PROCESS
The images below outline some of the Aquamarine Swiss Chronograph's key production processes. This is the same process used for all PANZERA Swiss watch models.
The assembly is carried out one watch at a time and, including testing, takes 7 days to complete. This is why during periods of high demand our Swiss models will often be found on backorder.
Fitting the hands to the dial and movement.
Carefully cleaning the case before inserting the dial and movement.
Assembling the dial and movement into the case to ensure it is positioned correctly before adding the case back.
Inspecting and cleaning the fully assembled watch.
After being assembled each watch goes through several days of accuracy and durability testing including a pressure test to ensure it is fully water resistant.
The final process is logistics. We ship the finished watches back to our central warehouse where they are then dispatched direct to our customers.
